Neatly Prest “Prissy” is a 14 year old dun mare by Smooth Stitchen out of Shady Peco Lady.  Smooth Stitchen (Impressor x Sweet Stitches) was standing stud for College of the Sequoias in Visalia, Ca. He is now standing at Lewis Ranch in Elderwood, Ca. Smooth has the halter stallion Impressive as his grandsire as well as Doc O Bueno. Prissy’s Dam, Shady Peco Lady (Pretty Lad x Pecos Chiquita) has Poco Bueno on her papers.  Prissy has been to the coast, up and down the beaches, in the ocean, and camped over night.  She has also been on many trails through the mountains, crossing rivers, through rocks and brush. The local Jr. College has used Prissy in their western pleasure horse shows for many years as well as her being shown throughout the valley in trail classes. We have had her in play days where she has ran barrels, poles, been around balloons, ridden bareback at various speeds, had to carry a sack, and weave her way through many obstacles. Prissy was trained for pleasure riding but has also been used as a lesson horse since the age of 4. She would be great for anyone any level, 4-H to advanced western riding.  Prissy has also been used as a broodmare; she has given birth to 3 colorful foals. Use her as a broodmare, pleasure horse, or put her in the show ring, she can do it all.

His sire is Kit Starlight(NCHA $ Earner), out of Pretty Little kitty ($ Earner and Cutting Champion), by Grays Starlight (All time leading cutting sire, Nrcha All Time leading sire, Aqha leading sire). His pedigree includes Doc Bar 2x's, Poco 2x's, Three Bars 2x's, and Grey Badger. San has been in the mountains with other horses, he is solid on his feet with good bone structure and travels fluently. He should be great in the cutting pen or around cattle due to his pedigree. Troy is registered with AQHA, he is a 4 yr old gelding with many outstanding bloodlines on his papers. His sire is Echols Fizzin Peppy (Del Rio Fizz x Mananic). Del Rio Fizz is a NCHA money earner. Mananic is by the NCHA Reserve Champion Reminic. Troy ’s dam is Witchy Marsala ( Marsala Badger x Whatta Neat Witch). Marsala Badger was high in cutting; he was top 10 @ AQHA World Show and had a certificate of ability. Troy’s pedigree is full of Doc Bar and Leo, containing many Foundation lines.  He has had 60 days of training put on him as a 3yr old by a local trainer, since he has been ridden a few times. He was started with a lot of groundwork, he knows his gaits, and has been out on trail rides.  The trainer stated that Troy made great choices when they started him; he was always calm and trying to do the right thing, and was very responsive to the training. Troy loves attention and work, he seems to be happiest when being ridden. He only needs a rider that knows what they are doing to finish him off. Shot O Peppy

Shot O Peppy “Hot Shot” is a 12 yr old sorrel gelding. He is truly a rare find. His sire is PCR Peppy Oak (Peppy San Badger x Janells Oak) a open derby champion in Red Bluff, Gold Coast Open Futurity Reserve Champion, and Finalist in the PCCHA Open Derby in Arizona. He is out of Peppy San Badger, who is NCHA & AQHA Hall of Fame Stallion! Hot Shots dam is Shot O Sug ( Doc’s Sug x Shot O Tequila) who was used mostly as a broodmare. Her Sire Doc’s Sug was an AQHA Open Champion, NCHA & NRCHA money earner, and Equistat All Time Cutting Sire.  Hot Shot is extremely handsome, and very well bred for working on cows. He is exceptionally mannered in and out of the arena, on trails, in the hills, and even in the back country. He navigates through rough and rocky terrain with a sure foot, crosses bottomless rivers calmly and bravely, and is easy to rope and gather cattle on. Hot Shot is not spooky at all he is very confident around traffic, dogs, cows, sheep, and off road vehicles. He stands well for the farrier, clips, and loads like a dream. He has only had two owners, is 100% sound, and is kind, gentle, and loyal to all that ride him.

Blacky is a 20 yr young Dark Bay Gelding. He was used by his previous owners as a childrens' horse and seems to enjoy the slower speeds. He is very calm at all paces, but enjoys a calm walk and easy trot. When getting him to lope you really have to get after him, only because he wants to be lazy and not do it. We have only had Blacky for a few months but while we have had him he has been used on the ranch to check fences, move cattle, and be our babysitter horse. He is great with other horses; geldings or mares and has yet to shy from anything. We feel that Blacky can go anywhere and do anything and be confident to take care of any level rider.

Smooth Little Jo

Jo is a 5yr old bay gelding. His sire is Badgers Little Lena (Teninolena Badger x Miki Cee), he is out of Dusta Jo (He Is A Joe Tom x Smooth Robin). He has been started and rode. He has been used him to gather cattle in the hills, branding, and roping calfs. He is sure footed and solid in the mountains and trails. He navigates well around cattle and wants to work! He is use to being around dogs and traffic, never shys or bolts. Very solid very sturdy Gelding.
